| The primary purpose of these pages are to
share information regarding native American Indian artifact collecting.
There are numerous images of ancient stone artifacts from the Columbia
River, Great Basin, Northwest Coast, Plains, Midwest, Mexico, and other
areas in North or South America. In particular I am interested in developing
a clear understanding of NW carved or decorated ground stone such as
zoomorphic figurine mauls & pestles, bowls, bone, antler, ornaments like
labrets (lip plug), ear spools, pendants, beads, combs, adze, axe, clubs,
but also enjoy Paleo & archaic western projectile points, knives, and darts.
Some museum images taken by generous individuals are exhibited in my
gallery, yet most of the artifacts are in private collections unless stated
otherwise. There are references taken from literature with the purpose of
aiding the serious collector and students of archaeology. I do buy and sell
relics on the individual or collection basis where provenience is well known
and is available to be documented. If you have something of elite caliber

please keep in mind that although I possess the skill to do authentication
on Columbia River and Great Basin artifacts I have absolutely no desire to
do so now or in the future. That being said I do welcome the opportunity to
tender a bid on your Western collection that you may wish to sell. If you do
chose to offer me the privilege of owning museum quality material from your
collection I promise that the utmost level of respect with be accorded to
the artifact itself and its curation and that the piece will be made
available to North American professional archaeologists pursuant to an
artifact protection policy that will be posted on this website. You must
seek permission before using my images or information posted here for any
commercial purpose.
